A. Membership Committee
To have the authority and duty of soliciting and passing on membership applications

Who after the investigation of the membership’s feelings, recruit and nominate at
the annual meeting, the approved slate of Officers and Directors.

C. Legislative Committee
Shall have the authority and duty of keeping this Association and the Board of
Directors informed on all legislative matters affecting independent automobile
Dealers and the Association.

1. Awards - Shall have the authority to review all applicants and determine the New Mexico Quality Dealer; Scholarships’; prospect for charity donations; and any other designated awards the committee feels is necessary in the promotion of NMIADA.

G. Fundraising
To assist the Association in planning events such as golf tournament, charity events, Scholarship events, and other functions to enhance Association involvement and to help organize yearly NMIADA Convention.
